Fill in registration form and feedback in advance
In order to make it easy to arrange all issues, all participants (presenters and listeners) should make submission through registration form online or fill in the PDF form respectively, and send by email before October 15. Participants that have not pre-registered are not welcomed.
Reply confirmation and travel schedule before Oct. 15
For all participants who have already submitted your abstract or registration form online, you are supposed to receive an acceptance/ notification letter regarding your abstract/ registration. Please send back a confirmation before Oct. 15, also kindly send your schedule (arrive & depart date, hotel details) for reference.
Visa facilitation letter for foreign participants
All foreign participants are requested to process visa application and arrange your travel schedule in advance. If anyone need a facilitation letter for visa, please contact the secretariat and provide essential information (Full name, Passport number, date of birth, detailed address) as soon as possible.
Abstract submission deadline
Abstract submission deadline is Oct. 10, 2017. For the one who intends to submit an abstract and participate as a presenter or listener, please submit your abstract / registration form no later than Oct. 13. Acceptance / notification letter and formal invitation letter will be sent within 2 working days. Submissions or revision after Oct. 15 will not be included in the conference abstract book.
One registered participant can submit only one abstract, but can be a co-author in the abstract of another registered participant.
Last days to finalize your registration
If you have not finished the registration steps, please send us a confirmation of your intention and situation. If we still could not receive your reply before Oct. 15, we will cancel your conference quota.
Anyone who has never submitted the registration form online or by email in PDF is not welcomed to come directly and register on site, because if we have not receive your pre-registration information, no quota is reserved.
